What is a refurbished iPhone?
A refurbished iPhone is a previously used device that has been professionally checked, repaired and cleaned. At The Phone Shopper every device goes through an extensive 50-point inspection.
What condition are your refurbished iPhones in?
We sell four conditions: New, As good as new, Lightly used and Used. New means unused in the original packaging; the other conditions differ only on the outside. The technology and the warranty are the same for all four.
How much warranty do I get on my refurbished iPhone?
Every refurbished iPhone comes with a standard 2-year warranty. It covers all manufacturing and technical defects.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Devices and accessories ordered before 16:00 are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next working day. New devices can be ordered up to 22:00 for next-day delivery. Individual parts are ordered in for you from our supplier; for those the delivery time is 2-5 working days, depending on your country. Within the Netherlands, shipping a phone costs €6.95 and is free from €150.
Can I return my order?
Yes, on devices and accessories you have 30 days to register your return (individual parts: 14 days) and then 14 days to send it back. Return the device in its original condition where possible; more damage than needed to try it out may be charged as a reduction in value. Once you have registered your return we refund within 14 days; we may wait until the return has arrived and been checked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments over a secure connection.
Can I trade in my old phone?
Yes, through our trade-in programme you receive a fair payment that you can use as a discount on your new purchase.
Do you also offer repair services?
Yes, professional repair services for a range of smartphone brands. From screen repairs to battery replacements. Most repairs completed the same day.
Are your iPhones SIM-lock free?
Yes, all refurbished iPhones are 100% SIM-lock free (unlocked). Usable with any provider worldwide.
