A refurbished iPhone is a previously used device that has been professionally checked, repaired and cleaned. At The Phone Shopper every device goes through an extensive 50-point inspection.
What do the quality grades (A+, A, B) mean?
Grade A+ (As New): no visible signs of use. Grade A (Excellent): minimal signs of use. Grade B (Good): light cosmetic signs of use. All grades are technically 100% sound.
How much warranty do I get on my refurbished iPhone?
Every refurbished iPhone comes with a standard 2-year warranty. It covers all manufacturing and technical defects.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 4:00 pm are dispatched the same day. Next working day delivery via PostNL. Within the Netherlands, shipping a phone costs €6.95 and is free from €150.
Can I return my order?
Ja, je hebt 30 dagen bedenktijd om je retour aan te melden en daarna 14 dagen om het terug te sturen. Stuur het toestel indien mogelijk in originele staat terug; meer schade dan nodig om het te proberen kunnen we als waardevermindering doorberekenen. Na aanmelding van je retour betalen we binnen 14 dagen terug; we mogen wachten tot de retour binnen en gecontroleerd is.
