What is a refurbished iPhone?

A refurbished iPhone is a previously used device that has been professionally checked, repaired and cleaned. At The Phone Shopper every device goes through an extensive 50-point inspection.

What condition are your refurbished iPhones in?

We sell four conditions: New, As good as new, Lightly used and Used. New means unused in the original packaging; the other conditions differ only on the outside. The technology and the warranty are the same for all four.

How much warranty do I get on my refurbished iPhone?

Every refurbished iPhone comes with a standard 2-year warranty. It covers all manufacturing and technical defects.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Devices ordered before 16:00 are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next working day. New devices can be ordered up to 22:00 for next-day delivery. Orders with only parts and/or accessories are shipped within 1-2 working days. Within the Netherlands, shipping a phone costs €6.95 and is free from €150. We send parts and accessories as a DHL letterbox parcel and phones as a DHL parcel.

Can I return my order?

Yes, on devices and accessories you have 30 days to register your return (individual parts: 14 days) and then 14 days to send it back. Devices go back free of charge; for accessories and parts the return shipping is at your expense (approx. €6.95), unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. You may inspect and test the product as you would in a shop; if you use it more than that requires, we deduct a reduction in value that depends on the condition in which we receive it. Once you have registered your return we refund within 14 days; we may wait until the return has arrived and been checked. If you return only part of your order, we do not refund the shipping costs; only if you withdraw from the entire order do you also get back the standard shipping costs you paid.

Which payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments over a secure connection.

Can I trade in my old phone?

Yes, through our trade-in programme you receive a fair payment that you can use as a discount on your new purchase.

Do you also offer repair services?

Yes, professional repair services for a range of smartphone brands. From screen repairs to battery replacements. Most repairs completed the same day.

Are your iPhones SIM-lock free?

Yes, all refurbished iPhones are 100% SIM-lock free (unlocked). Usable with any provider worldwide.
