At The Phone Shopper you have 30 days to return devices and accessories, and 14 days for loose parts. Not satisfied? Register your return within that period; you then have another 14 days to send the product back and receive your refund. No reason needed. Devices always go back free of charge. For accessories and parts the return shipping on withdrawal is at your expense (approx. €6.95 within the Netherlands), unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Register your return via your account or by email to [email protected]. Send the product back as complete as possible and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging or box — so keep those safe. The return address is: The Phone Shopper, Willem Alexanderstraat 11, 7442 MA Nijverdal, the Netherlands. You can also drop your order off at our shop free of charge.
Once you have registered your return we refund within 14 days; we may wait until your return has arrived and been checked.
If you return only part of your order, we do not refund the shipping costs; only if you withdraw from the entire order do you also get back the standard shipping costs you paid.
You may inspect and test the product just as you would in a shop. If you use it more than that requires (activating it and putting it into use, signing in with your accounts, signs of use, missing accessories or packaging), we deduct a reduction in value from the amount we refund. The amount depends on the condition in which we receive it; if you return it complete and in its original condition, you get the full amount back.
A part that has been fitted or damaged, or comes back without its original packaging, can no longer be sold as new; the reduction in value can then be as much as the full price. So only return parts unfitted and in their original packaging.
