Shipping costs within the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands we ship a phone for €6.95; from €150 order value this is free. Accessories and parts cost €2.95 to ship and are free from €150. Collection from our store at Willem Alexanderstraat 11 in Nijverdal is always free.

Shipping to Belgium, Germany, France and Spain

Outside the Netherlands we also deliver with DHL, with track & trace. To Belgium and Germany a flat rate of €9.95 applies, to France and Spain €12.95, and from €150 order value we ship free of charge. Delivery after shipping takes 2-3 working days to Belgium and Germany and 3-5 working days to France and Spain. For phones you can choose DHL Express (+€15) at checkout for next-working-day delivery.

These rates apply to phones. We send parts and accessories to all EU countries as letterbox post for €6.95 (free from €150 to Belgium, Germany, France and Spain).

We send parts and accessories as a DHL letterbox parcel and phones as a DHL parcel.

Delivery time

We keep refurbished phones in our own stock: within the Netherlands, an order placed before 16:00 is usually delivered the next working day. New phones from our own stock can even be ordered up to 22:00 for next-working-day delivery within the Netherlands. Orders with only parts and/or accessories are shipped within 1-2 working days; if the order also contains a phone, the phone's delivery time applies. You always receive an email confirmation and, as soon as your parcel is on its way, a track & trace code.

Shipping with DHL

We ship with DHL and you can follow your parcel closely. Prefer to collect it yourself? Then choose in-store pickup at checkout — handy if you are in the area anyway or would like some advice.
