Less than you think. Every part you order from us comes with a free screwdriver set containing the right bits for your device, plus a free step-by-step repair guide. For most repairs — a screen, battery or charging port — all you need on top of that is a pick or opening tool and a suction cup; you will find both in our tools category. Worth adding to your order: fresh adhesive strips for your model, so the device closes neatly and stays dust-tight after the repair. Allow 30 to 60 minutes for your first screen replacement. If you get stuck halfway, our workshop in Nijverdal can always finish the job for you.

For every part you can see exactly which quality you are buying, because that is where the real price difference sits. Service Pack means an original manufacturer part in official packaging — the highest quality available. OEM-Equivalent comes off the same or comparable production lines and is barely distinguishable from an original in daily use. There are also budget variants such as In-Cell screens: a good picture at a sharp price, ideal for older devices where an original part no longer pays off. Not sure which quality suits your repair? Individual parts come with a 6-month warranty. If a part arrives faulty, or fails within that period without drop or moisture damage, we sort it out free of charge with a replacement or a refund. On top of that you have 14 days to change your mind about a part: you can return it without giving a reason, in which case the return shipping is at your expense (approx. €6.95). If the part has already been fitted or used, we deduct a reduction in value that depends on the condition in which we receive it; if it is faulty, it is of course still covered by the warranty. A part that has been fitted or damaged, or comes back without its original packaging, can no longer be sold as new; the reduction in value can then be as much as the full price. So only return parts unfitted and in their original packaging. This is our own warranty, on top of your statutory rights — those always apply.

Ordered parts are shipped within 1-2 working days. We ship from the Netherlands, well packed so that fragile parts such as screens arrive intact. Yes. If you would rather not do the repair yourself, our own workshop in Nijverdal will do it for you — usually within 30 to 45 minutes while you wait. You then pay for the part plus a fixed fitting fee, and the warranty covers the complete repair instead of just the part. That is often the smartest choice for trickier jobs such as a glued-in battery or a screen with Face ID components.
