Frequently asked questions

Is the offer final?

The offer is valid for 14 days and becomes final after our check, within 1 working day of receipt. If the condition matches, we pay out the offer. If the device is better than you thought, we raise it; if it's worse, you hear that first and it can go back for free.

My screen is broken, can I still trade it in?

Yes. In step 3 (what is broken) choose “Something is broken” and tick “Cracked screen or display fault”. We then deduct our own parts price; we repair in-house, so it's usually not that bad.

What is store credit and what do I gain?

If you choose store credit, you get 10% on top of the offer. The credit never expires and can be spent online and in the shop in Nijverdal (NL).

How quickly do I get my money?

Your free, insured shipping label will be in your inbox within 1 working day. After receipt we check within 1 working day and pay out to your bank account within 1 working day of receipt. Store credit is ready right after the check.

What happens to my data?

Before shipping, switch off Find My (iPhone) or your Google account, make a backup and remove the SIM card. After receipt we fully wipe the device before it is resold; data recovery is no longer possible after that.
