Via the form on this page you choose your model and answer a few questions about the condition — you'll see an estimate of the amount straight away. Bring the device to our shop in Nijverdal (NL) and we'll look at it on the spot and give you a final offer right away.
Yes. You can drop in without an appointment at The Phone Shopper at Willem Alexanderstraat 11 in Nijverdal (NL). We check your device while you wait and make an offer right away. If you agree, the money is sorted the same day — or we offset it against a refurbished device you take with you.
If you sell in the shop, we arrange payment right away. If you send in your device, we check it as soon as it arrives and transfer the amount afterwards. If you opt to trade in for another device, the offer is deducted from the purchase price straight away.
We mainly buy in iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices and iPads. If you're unsure whether your model is included, just call 0548 549 536 or drop by — older devices are often still worth something too.
Usually yes. A cracked screen, a worn battery or a faulty charging port lowers the offer, but rarely makes a device worthless — we repair in-house, so we can still do something with it. Let us know when you register it and we'll take it into account.
Turn off iCloud or your Google account and sign out before you hand over the device; without that we can't resell it. We wipe your data completely anyway, according to our procedure. If you don't know how, we'll help you in the shop.
A trade-in often brings in a little more, because we offset the offer directly against your new device. If you just want cash, that's possible too — with us you're not tied to anything.
