How to get your Samsung ready to sell

Make a backup (Samsung Smart Switch or Google), remove your Google account and Samsung account via Settings, Accounts and backup, and reset the device to factory settings. Take out the SIM card and any memory card. If the Google account stays, the device is locked after the reset and we can't take it in.

Do you buy all Samsung models?

The Galaxy S series, the Z Fold and Z Flip, the A series and Galaxy Tabs. If your model isn't on the list, just register it or call 0548 549 536; older or less common devices we'll look at separately.

Moet ik mijn Samsung eerst resetten?

Yes: make a backup, remove your Google account and Samsung account (Settings, Accounts) and reset the device to factory settings. Without the Google account removed, the device stays locked (FRP) and we can't resell it.

Can I also sell my Samsung in the shop?
