Three honest downsides. There is usually no original box or earphones, because they rarely survive a first life — which is also why you are not paying for them. Don't look only at the number of warranty years, but at who has to honour it. Four checks: does the seller provide a concrete test report or just the word 'tested'; do they repair in-house or forward everything to a third party; is the battery condition stated up front; and is there a physical address you can visit. We have a store and workshop in Nijverdal, test every device on 50 points and give a 2-year warranty with 30-day returns.
