Certainly. The large 13-inch screen and the M3 chip make it excellent for note-taking, PDF annotation, illustration and light video editing side by side in Split View. There is power to spare for layered drawing files and busy study workflows, and the screen size means you rarely have to zoom just to read your own writing. For students and creatives alike it is a very comfortable machine.
128GB is more than enough if you mainly work in the cloud (Notability, Google Drive, Procreate sync). If you work offline with large files a lot, choose 256GB or more. Video projects, big Procreate canvases and downloaded lecture recordings are the usual storage-eaters. Storage cannot be upgraded later, so think about how you will actually use the tablet in two years, not just this month.
