Can I order refurbished phones on invoice as a business?
Yes. Business customers can order on invoice with a payment term; for that we need your company name, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. On the first order we get in touch briefly to record everything properly, after that it goes through directly.
From how many devices do volume prices apply?
From five devices we apply a business rate; the larger the order, the sharper the price. Request a quote with the quantity and the models you want, and you will get a proposal within one working day.
Can you handle a large or enterprise order?
For larger quantities we look at what is in stock and what we can order in addition. Because we buy and refurbish in-house, on a bulk order we can specifically search for the same models in the same condition — handy if you want to give a whole team the same device.
What warranty do business customers get?
The same 2 year warranty as private customers, with one difference that matters in practice: we carry out repairs in-house in Nijverdal. A faulty device is usually back at work within a day, instead of spending weeks in transit to a central repair centre.
Is refurbished a responsible choice for a business?
A refurbished device saves around 80% of the CO2 emissions of a new one and makes a real difference to the purchase cost. For businesses with sustainability targets it is also demonstrable: you get an invoice per device stating the model and its condition.
Do you also buy our old company devices?
Yes. If you are replacing a whole fleet of phones, we make an offer on the old devices and offset it against the new order. We wipe all data according to our procedure and, on request, supply a certificate per device.
Do you also supply schools and institutions?
Yes, schools, care institutions and associations order from us on invoice. For iPads and phones in larger quantities we draw up a quote in advance, so you know exactly where you stand.
