Frequently asked questions

How much will I get for my iPhone 14?

Currently up to €234 for an as-new iPhone 14 with the largest storage; a lightly used one with the smallest storage fetches around €171. The exact offer depends on storage, the condition of the screen and housing, the battery and whether everything works.

Do you buy a iPhone 14 with a broken screen?

Yes. Damage lowers the offer, but we still take the device; we do our own repairs. State the damage honestly and the offer will be right straight away.

How quickly do I get my money?

In the shop in Nijverdal straight away, while you wait. If you send it in with our insured label, we transfer the amount on the day the device arrives and matches your description.

Do I need to wipe the iPhone 14 first?

Yes: make a backup, sign out of iCloud (turn off Find My iPhone) and reset to factory settings. Our blog explains it step by step; in the shop we'll help you with it.
