The process can take up to 24 hours: we first disassemble all components and clean them by hand,
after which the device undergoes an automated cleaning cycle lasting 12 to 20 hours.
The results are excellent in the vast majority of cases. However, it is possible that a short circuit has caused a component to stop working properly. In that case, we will always consult with you before proceeding with any additional repairs and the associated costs. That said, additional costs above €25 are the exception rather than the rule — the water damage treatment alone is usually enough to get your smartphone fully up and running again.
